My name’s Tracy, and not long ago I was you.
I was training for an Ironman, which if you don’t know it’s a wild one-day race where you swim, bike, and run a full marathon back-to-back.

And then I hit a wall.

All my life I'd been athletic. I'm the person always signing up for some sort of physical challenge and loving every minute of the training. But suddenly, my body started to rebel.
